2. Conditions for Returns
To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product should be in its original, unused condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear.
- The original packaging (boxes, tags, and accessories) should be intact and returned along with the product.
- You must provide a valid reason for the return. This helps us prevent misuse of the return policy, such as ordering items for an event and returning them afterward.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) or an available alternate payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns due to the complexity of processing refunds. To ensure customer satisfaction, we strongly recommend confirming your order via WhatsApp or a direct phone call before placing a COD order.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

Once we verify the defect or damage, we will offer a replacement at no additional charge. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
