Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is: 

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and accessories

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at support@moissanito.com within the return window.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned without prior approval 

 

Return Process

  • Email us at support@moissanito.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our support team will provide return instructions
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • Moissanito is not responsible for items lost during return transit 

 

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.

 

Exchanges 

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

In such cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, including applicable shipping costs

 

Lost Shipments

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit after investigation with the courier:

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, based on customer preference

This applies only to orders shipped with valid tracking information.
